Pick-up or CO2 neutral shipping
You can either choose to pick-up your order in Antwerp (2000) or opt for 100% CO2 neutral shipping.
For every parcel sent, Bpost invests in a clean water project in Rwanda. This avoids water needing to be boiled so it reduces the C02 emissions.
You always receive a tracking number after your parcel has left the building so you can follow its journey from our studio to your home.
We offer shipping to the following countries:
Belgium: €6.70 (free from €100)
The Netherlands, France, Germany, Luxembourg: €10

Returns
We encourage thoughtful shopping.
Engagement rings, wedding rings or bespoke jewellery pieces are made to order and cannot be returned.
Our contemporary collection pieces can be returned. The piece(s) must be unworn, undamaged and resellable. They need to be sent back in its original packaging at the expense of the buyer. We do not refund shipping costs, only the price of the piece you bought. Refunds will be transferred back to you within 5-10 business days.
